Notes:

B/B/B – Board meeting / Business meeting / Briefings

These three items will follow the same format each month.  The board will meet for 30 min and then convene the general chapter members meeting.  The general meeting will have, at a minimum this content; Approval of last meetings min, financial report, Actions needed.  Briefings form committees, national councils, or other agencies that provide specific information that affects the chapter or its members.     

The minuets of both the board meeting, Members meeting, and a summery of briefings will be published and emailed to the members distribution list and posted on the web page.

N.E.S. (Networking Education and Sharing) meetings – Meeting that are not business meeting necessarily but rather opportunities for members and potential members to get together in a predestinated format.

These meetings will consist of any number of activities. They may include:

    Speaker presentation

    Round table discussion opportunities

    Webinars

    Facility tours

    Social networking events

    Joint meetings with other organizations and agencies

    Best practice sharing opportunities

    Technology briefings

The facilitation and location of these meetings may be in person, via conf call or “go to meeting” format.

Special events – events that are hosted or sponsored by the chapter as a fund raiser, or other public awareness event which has a specific cost for attendance such as Golf outing, or chapter seminar.

Risk data sharing and assistance meetings – A meeting that may have short notice that is convened specifically for chapter members to Brief, share information or gain assistance from other members relating to a current event or activity that may be faced by the larger membership.
